"And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds, not giving up meeting together, encouraging one another..."
We love being part of community; whether that's within the body of Christ (the Church) or with those in the wider world, our families, friends and neighbours.
Check out some of the exciting things happening across our community below.
For all our gems from birth to school age.
We've got lots of fun and activities for our little ones to get stuck into, and a chance for parents to meet other parents, encourage each other and build great friendships.
Refreshments are provided during the session.
We will be meeting in the Main Church building on Chelmsford Avenue
Thursdays 9.30am - 11am
The Brew Stop
The Brew Stop is exactly as the name suggests, an opportunity to stop for a brew.
We have the church open and the kettle on. You can come get warm with a free hot drink, meet up with people or spend a moment in quiet reflection.
The Brew Stop runs Thursdays 11.15am - 1pm in the Main Church building on Chelmsford Avenue
Free To Be
'Free To Be' is a weekly opportunity for adults of all ages to get together, have some fun, chat, share and encourage each other in a very relaxed atmosphere.
Each week has something a little different. It could be board games, a quiz, a guest speaker or even a trip out. For a list of what's coming up just get in touch.
One thing that always stays the same though is the free drinks and snacks.
We meet in the Community Hall
on Chelmsford Avenue
Thursdays 1pm - 3pm
Alpha is an opportunity to explore life and the Christian faith in a friendly, open and informal environment. Each session includes refreshments, a short talk and a discussion where you can share your thoughts.
